Is converting a shell cheaper than taking over a restaurant?
Rarely. An existing food unit may already have drainage, extraction routes and a suitable supply. Whether they can be reused is confirmed at survey.
How long does a fit-out take?
It depends on size, condition, MEP scope, equipment lead times, approvals and access restrictions. An estimated programme is issued after the survey, once the scope and equipment schedule are confirmed.
Can we phase the work and open partially?
Limited scopes can sometimes be phased, but work involving strip-out, MEP or the kitchen is difficult to run alongside service. It is assessed at the site visit.
